The youth of this present world is the Future of the world. As Pope Francis well said,

 

"Whenever a young person falls, in some sense all humanity falls, yet it is also true that when a young person rises, it is as if the whole world rises as well."

He urges the youngsters to arise and help the world start afresh with their passion and enthusiasm.
Thus the Guanellian sisters work with the youngsters in their mission places in order to equip them with good qualities, talents and abilities and channelize their energy in serving the needy, which fosters a love for the humanity in them. Youth of that area are guided to improve their life by studying well, given awareness program about the different addictions. They are given training to produce some of the useful products for their earning.

The following training such as stitching, knitting bag, flower making, care given to the jobless youth so that they can learn to live on their own. etc.…

During the holidays, Vocational training is organized to the youth: such as arts crafts, knitting, stitching, English coaching classes, music and computer class, etc.…

Counselling is given to the youth and women in difficulty Special care and attention is given to those who do not have any human and moral support. The sister who is placed as in charge, collaborates with the tailoring and computer centers, so that a group of young women from the poor and middle class families can learn stitching, knitting, embroidery and basket making in order to make themselves feel self-confident and trained to earn their livelihood to support and take care of their families.
